Most yellow-flowered Tulips tend to be quite tall-growing; 'Harvest Moon' is different, rarely grows over 25 cm tall. Tulips of this height are superb in pots and windy gardens, as they never get blown around by a Spring gale or heavy rain.  Looks good in containers, either on its own or combined with a small Narcissus. Flowers from late March, long-lasting.

It is always a good idea to deadhead tulip and feed after flowering as this helps to make a good size bulb for the following year
