Kyokujitu-shorten means 'Ascension of the rising moon or rising sun' This bicoloured water lily dahlia can't seem to make up its mind in some summers it will be a mauve-pink tipped with cream and a creamy base to the petals, but so far with us it is still a mauve-pink but no tips of a different colour and the base is more white. it all seams to depend on how hot it is when flowering. ether way its still a lovey flower, flowers 17cm in dia, ht 90-100cm
