Galanthus nivalis is the snowdrop most people know and love, it is often just called the common snowdrop. Native to Europe and is thought to have come over to the UK with the Romans. very free flowering with lots of small white flowers and a hint of green on the inner petals, narrow green leaves, like all snowdrops they need shade, if the bulbs get too hot in the summer they stop flowering. ht 10-15cm.

Sold in the green in packs of ten large bulbs which have either flowered this year or are still to flower.
