Galanthus elwesii 'Beluga' is a lovely snowdrop that flowers after 'Snow Fox' but before 'Polar Bear'. The flowers are about the size of nivalis. But when they open are almost flat, making them look almost like mini flying saucers, with strong green markings on the centre petals, ht 12-20cm.
