Piccolo Purple is a rich purple-pink, very free-flowering  When the flowers are fully open, they look semi-double with a bright lemon center, but they have so many flowers that they look mixed single and double. Lovely compact plants, making them perfect for small gardens and pots.

Dahlias should not be planted outside till the risk of frost has passed; both cutting and garden-ready plants need frost protection.
