Species Allium originates from Russia and China. Grows from small bulbs these produce upright leaves in early Spring, as the leaves die back they are replaced by small balls of sky-blue flowers. Best planted in clumps 5 cm deep, grows about 45 cm tall, and flowers from mid-June onwards. Like a warm free draining site and has been awarded an AGM by the RHS.
We are planning to start shipping bulbs in late September -early October.
