Black Parrot as it says in the name, it's a really good black burgundy flowered parrot tulip, looks almost like you have an exotic bird in the garden, a really glamorous-looking flower, really eye-catching with ruffled edges. wonderful for that hot coloured bed in the garden. Flowers from mid to late April, tall  50+ cm
