Altesino is a stunning rich burgundy red, strong growing 'Tree Lily type', breed by Vletta de Haan. Hopefully this year we will be allowed to open our gates to visitors and then you will be able to see Altesino and all our other lilies growing outside and pick out the ones for you. Altesino produces big highly scented flowers held up on very strong stems. They like full sun, in any good free draining soil or compost. fully hardy but can rot in a very wet winter.
