Picasso is a stunning looking iris with purple wings purple-bronze top petals with a bold golden outer petal heavily marked with purple-bronze lines.  A very different iris  All Dutch iris, are clump-forming bulbous perennials, they might not flower if it gets very dry in the spring, as the buds hate drying out, or if you have cut them they might miss a year and then flower the following year.
