Pacific Ocean is a bi-color waterlily dahlia that starts lemon yellow with a burgundy back to the petals and as the flowers age the front of the petals start to get burgundy and salmon on the ends of them, the more sun the flowers get as the open the richer the colour becomes, black stems and deep green leaves. ht 90-120cm
