Peppard gold
Similar in colour to 'Guinea Gold', pink buds that open to golden flowers, they are well marked with various other colours, about 6 Cm's in diameter, as with all martagons the bulbs can take a year or so to get established, but when they have martagons tend too be very long-lived and increase well, needs a good humus rich alkaline soil, to do well, grows to about 1.4 metres when established and can have 30 or more flowers on a stem, which are produced in June.
