Very nice Martagon hybrid with deep red Turks cap flowers, well marked with various shades of gold, about 7 cm in diameter, as with all martagons the bulbs can take a year or so to get established, but when they have martagons tend to be very long-lived and increase well, needs a good humus rich alkaline soil, to do well, grows to about 1.5 meters when established and can have 30 or more flowers on a stem, which are produced in June.
