Trebbiano

Trebbiano was originally called 'Gerrit Zalm' but for some reason this name never caught on. Fresh looking pale cream flowers with a hint of green, each with a very slight perfume. In the past we used to offer a similar variety called 'Courier', but in our trials 'Trebbiano' proved to be better, so we stopped offering it. 'Trebbiano' is very more vigorous, huge stems with lots of flowers, plus as a bonus it doesn't grow very tall, 80 cm's on average. Makes a great Patio pot and garden plant. Flowers, here in the U.K. late June to early July. Bulb size 16 cm +.
