Asiatic Lily bulbs are available for shipping from late February to mid-July. The bulbs which tend to be pure white in colour, and divide freely, forming big clumps in only a couple of seasons. Asiatic lilies are easy to grow and are unscented. Asiatic Lilies perform best in either a well-drained alkaline soil, or multipurpose compost. Best in full sun, but will also tolerate light shade. They are some of the earliest of all lilies to flower often starting in late May. Not as spectacular as some other types of lilies, but worthy of a place in most gardens.
