Alliums with a difference, some are edible, allium babingtonii, common name 'Babington's leek' produces edible shoots, while the bulbs of Allium tuncelianum are also edible. These are just two examples, many others have culinary uses. Some such as Allium senescens purely produce flowers that are irresistible to Bees and Butterfly's, plus it grows from a rhizome, not a bulb. Many flower well after standard types, all add something different to a garden.
Our Alliums are currently being updated for this Season.
From mid-September our new nursery will be open to visitors, bulbs can be pre-ordered now and paid for on the day by simply selecting our collection option in the checkout.
