Introduction
This is the fertiliser we use ourselves to grow Gold Medal winning plants.
Description
About 95% of the granules in this top quality, slow release fertiliser, are coated with a special polymer, which expands when the soil temperature reaches about 15 centigrade, at which point the nutrients inside are slowly released, but unlike other brands, if the weather turns colder, they contract again, trapping the nutrients inside, until it gets warmer again, 5% are uncoated, these keep the plants ticking over in cold weather.The result is that when conditions are good, the plants recieve the nutrients they need, to grow very strongly, but if they are wrong, their growth rate slows, this unique combination produces plants with very strong stems and big flowers.

Reccomended rates of use: Home made potting compost, 100grs of fertiliser to 100lts of compost. For ready made compost, we reccomend half this rate, as it will already contain some nutrients.One application will last for a whole growing season, no other fertilisers are needed.
