Opening Hours
Visitors are welcome at nursery, but please phone to check on our opening hours, as they do vary depending on the time of year.
Ordering
We offer a mail order service, to both customers based in the U.K. and to those in other countries.
- Orders for Martagon and Tulip bulbs are despatched in the Autumn
- Orders for Lilies from other groups are despatched in the Spring
U.K orders are despatched by either courier or Royal Mail, if customers prefer they can also be collected from our nursery by prior arrangement, or indeed from any of the flower shows that we exhibit at.
Orders for other countries are generally despatched via courier, although small amounts can be sent via Airmail, please note for Countries outside the European Union a Phytosanitary Certificate is required.
During certain times of the year we also have cut flowers available these can be purchased from our nursery on a cash and carry basis. We do not offer flowers by mail order.

Posting and packing
When you place an order, our system will work out the weight and calculate the cost of posting and packing.
For U.K. customers we charge a small parcel rate of £4.25 and a general rate of £5.95 (different rates apply for remote postcodes).
For customers in the E.U. a small parcel weighing under 1kg will cost £10. Prices for larger parcels up to 10kg vary from £15.00 upwards, depending on destination.
With regards to customers living outside of the E.U., we ship worldwide, but our system will only calculate the total cost for some countries, others are subject to quote. The cost includes a health certificate (phyto), but excludes any Customs charges.
Payment
We accept payment by cash, cheque, credit card, or online via PayPal. Whichever method you choose no monies are due until 2 weeks prior to your order being dispatched.
Prices
All prices are per bulb and include V.A.T. but exclude postage and packing.
Please contact us for pricing information on large quantities of bulbs.
Gardening Clubs
We offer special bulk discounts for gardening clubs, to qualify we have a minimum order amount of 300 bulbs and they have to be sent to one address, full details are available on request.
